As I've scrolled through my social media feeds, seeing video after video of the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene and the (as of this writing) impending threat of Hurricane Milton, my heart aches for those affected. The magnitude of loss and the uncertainty of what lies ahead weigh heavily, especially for the most vulnerable among us--animals, children, the elderly and ill, and those otherwise unable to fend for themselves.


As lightworkers who are connected to the energies of the planet or empaths who are attuned to the energies of others, experiencing the constant collective trauma as we have over the years can feel overwhelming.


But this is where our work matters.


The more we empower ourselves and cultivate our inner strength and personal sovereignty, the more we can channel that energy of leadership and love into the world, creating ripples of support, healing, and unity.

This is the power of the collective.


As I was asking my spirit team if there was anything I could do to shift the energy, I was reminded of my time last year, sitting on the riverbank in Lourdes, in which I channeled Mother Mary, who shared that "all water is holy if we decree it so."


I then channeled some messages around the storms both within ourselves and in our external world and was shown a guided meditation to navigate the "waters" of our collective experience.


In order to support the cause, we made our Ascension Accelerator+ community call free, sharing these messages and facilitating a group meditation to help shift the energy, bring healing to those already impacted, and minimize the potential effects of future crises.

Together, we’re harnessing our collective intention to shift to higher timelines and energetically direct support to those in need. This meditation can be repeated for any natural disaster or humanitarian crisis.

  • Taking action when guided and what that means and looks like in our physical experience, particularly during times when we're guided to be still and hold space. The more we embody leadership and love in the energy of unity consciousness, the more we have an impact on the interconnected world around us as we remember all are part of the whole and that we're planting seeds for generations to come.

  • Spirit animals of dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles as water guides in times of elemental crisis, representing empathy, unity, cooperation, and protection. Working with the water elements and guides that speak to you in times of your own inner storms.

  • Mother Mary reminds us that "all water is holy if we decree it so" and that there is no need for a middle-man when it comes to our connection to GodSource. We call on Archangel Michael as guide and protector and share a recap of our "Angels in the Sky" channeling.
