In this channeling:

  • We might be feeling the heaviness of conflicting energies as we're anchored in the middle way--an underlying, unshakeable peace within and overwhelm for the fear, suffering, and pain experienced in the world. God reminds us not to judge what we're feeling but instead to hold space for it as we hold space for each other. Our empathy, and the love that stems from empathy, is the very gift that shifts the world.

  • I share my experience of seeing a white hawk land on a telephone wire today. White hawks symbolize purity, new beginnings, and spiritual awareness and remind us to remain in a state of observership while also not ignoring our soul's call for action against injustice. We explored the symbolism presented where communication is distorted, as people are at varying frequencies. However, we're reminded that this is a call for unity, not more division. We're asked to bridge the gaps in understanding rather than reinforce them.

  • Two songs came through as channeled messages: Calling All Angels by Jane Siberry as a call for divine support and guidance, and I’m Not Afraid by Eminem as a call to conscious advocacy. Both serve as reminders that we're not alone and that we have a choice—to stand in courage and truth or be consumed by fear and inaction.

  • I was also reminded of the 1868 poem The Old Astronomer by Sarah Williams which carries a message of endurance, higher vision, and passing the torch of wisdom. In times of chaos and confusion, we're reminded to hold our light and be the light in our embodied spirituality and trust in our inner knowing. This ties into my recent essay, "A New Golden Age or A New Golden Cage?"—are we really shifting into a higher consciousness or falling into new illusions veiled in spiritual language. 

  • We pull some cards for additional channeled messages and guidance that highlight our personal empowerment and ability to collectively create a new story and reality through the ripple effect of our energy and actions.
